LOCATED IN LEICESTER: Qualvis is ideally placed at the heart of the UK to deliver to customers as far away as Cornwall and Strathclyde. We regularly do so using our own fleet of transport.

Pressrooms

No less than three Heidelberg six colour presses with emulsion and UV coating facilities are at your disposal, and to ensure that production continues should disaster befall one print plant, we have a fully equipped separate second unit. You know that you can rely on our quality and service, now you have peace of mind too. We never let you down.

Finishing

Your carton erecting machines need precisely cut, creased and glued blanks. To ensure this is the case we use the latest cutting equipment and have recently invested in two Signature Gluing Machines with extra speed thereby giving additional capacity. We also offer a window patching facility plus 'Pick and Place' for extra special items, Do you need nested cartons that can be frozen, are ovenable and microwaveable and can be used to eat from immediately after heating? We can offer those to you.

Storage Problems?

We have two separate raw materials and finished goods warehouses with a total capacity of 45,000 square feet. Just call off what you need for your immediate requirements and let us look after the balance.

Hygiene

Our factories are cleaner and more hygienic than some food factories we have seen! Don't just take our word for it; we have been awarded the Royal Society of Health Accreditation for the manufacture of food packaging.

Quality Assurance

We recognise the need for you to have the utmost confidence in our quality standards and procedures. Our quality systems are rigorously applied throughout the administrative and production cycles along with detailed record keeping for your peace of mind.

Laboratory

Not only do we check and test all raw materials, we regularly audit our suppliers to ensure they meet our strict quality standards. In addition, we also carry out tests such as "taint and odour" on finished goods prior to despatch.

Investing in the latest equipment has always been considered crucial at Qualvis. This explains our recent purchase of 2 brand new Signature Gluing Machines, replacing older models. The Signatures move us further ahead whilst maintaining our six gluer format. The extra speed and capacity will aid our reputation for fast turn-round without compromising on quality.

Colour Kitchen

To match your colour specifications first time every time we employ the latest equipment and techniques. Formulae are recorded for future use and wet samples are kept for reference.
